In the Covid-19 pandemic, the management of the PHB decided to establish a new “ called“, „Wipmed“. This division bundles all activities of the medical mask production, under the label, “Made in Germany” as well as the production under CleanRoom conditions.

Our mask production is characterized by the exclusively domestic production of the masks. That means marketing and production as well as production facilities and primary materials are now of domestic origin. WE understand this by the term „Made in Germany“.

This has advantages for you, our customers:

PHB – Pulsnitzer Hygiene Berufsbekleidung GmbH

For more than 30 years, PHB has been producing and marketing hygiene, professional and surgical clothing at its sites in Limbach-Oberfrohna and Ohorn in Saxony. PHB produces and supplies facilities and companies from the fields of medicine, care, industry and services.

In particular, it focuses on sustainable and domestic production of reusable items that can be reused through proper cleaning. In the implementation of sustainable use – especially reuse – of our articles, we are always available to our customers for comments and assistance. As a company, we try to counteract the use of disposable articles. However, we are aware that this is not fully feasible for every area of application, so we pay close attention to reusability (recycling).
